Federal Trademark Extension Request Package
Attorney services for filing an Allegation of Use Extension Request and filing fee. This filing fee is paid directly to the United States Patent and Trademark Office to file an Extension Request for the filing of an Allegation of Use for a trademark application that was filed on an Intent to Use basis. This filing may be made multiple times at six month intervals to keep an application from being deemed abandoned.
