Limited Power of Attorney. [1 page, MS Word]
This form is similar to our Power of Attorney, only this form is for limited power(s) granted. Use this when you need to give someone power of attorney, but only in under limited circumstances and/or a limited time frame.
For example, you need to deal with a purchase or transaction, but you cannot travel to do the job. You can give a local friend a limited power of attorney to act on your behalf, but that's the limit of it. That friend cannot represent you in any other area or transaction.
