Nevada 24 Hour Expedite Filing Fee
This is an optional fee for your new Nevada entity. This fee is paid directly to the Secretary of State for 24 hour turnaround of your documents in the office of the Secretary of State.
Typically Secretary of State turnaround for a new entity filing takes a few weeks. By adding this fee to your filing it can take as little as one day from when we file your documents with the Secretary of State to create your new entity and receive file stamped copies of your documents.
